How the 1447 AH season worked

• Registration opened on Nusuk, with applicants creating an account, completing their details, verifying eligibility, choosing a package and paying through SADAD.
• Applicants had to be at least 15 years old (Gregorian) and meet the approved health requirements.
• Residents needed a valid residency, with priority for those whose residency was issued more than a year earlier.
• Priority went to people who had not performed Hajj before.
• Contracts are made only with licensed companies listed in the Nusuk app.

Booking and paying

• The ministry's booking service lets citizens and residents book a package and get their Hajj permit, signing in to Nusuk with Nafath.
• Package fees vary by service, and bookings are cancelled automatically if payment isn't made within the set window.
• Cancellation and refund deadlines are announced for each season, so read them before paying.
• The ministry's unified contact centre is 1966.
