2. Description of Service

Saudi Expats provides a platform for expatriates in Saudi Arabia to:

• Access relocation checklists and guides
• Explore neighborhoods and housing information
• Buy and sell items through our marketplace
• Connect with other expatriates
• Access resources and information about living in Saudi Arabia

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Marketplace Terms

4.1 Listings

Users may create listings for items and housing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings. We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not party to transactions between users.

4.2 Prohibited Items

You may not list the following items:

• Illegal or controlled substances
• Weapons or ammunition
• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Items that violate Saudi Arabian law
• Adult content or services
• Animals (except through approved channels)

4.3 Transactions

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Saudi Expats is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the ability of sellers to complete sales, or the ability of buyers to complete purchases.

4.4 Safety

Users are responsible for their own safety when meeting to complete transactions. We recommend meeting in public places and never sharing sensitive personal information.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the Platform.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam or unsolicited advertising
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAUDI EXPATS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saudi Expats from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
