Work Visa (Employment Visa)

For expatriates coming to Saudi Arabia for employment with a Saudi employer.

Original passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages

6+ months from travel date
Ensure passport is in good condition with no damage to data pages

Recent passport-sized photos (4.5x3.5cm) with white background

Photos should be taken within the last 6 months. No glasses or head coverings (unless religious)

Official job offer from Saudi employer with salary and position details

Should include job title, salary, and contract duration

Visa number issued to your employer by Saudi MOL

Your employer will provide this. It's a pre-approval number from the Ministry of Labor

Signed employment contract in Arabic and English

Review carefully - ensure it matches the job offer terms

Authorization for employer to process visa on your behalf

Notarization

Highest educational qualification (Bachelor's, Master's, PhD)

Negative test results for Hepatitis B and C

Clear chest X-ray to check for TB

Certificate of no criminal record from your home country
